What is AquaServe Pro?
Software for running an RO water purifier business: customers, RO installations, service jobs and reminders, payments, products and stock, bills, accounts and reports, in one app.
Who is AquaServe Pro for?
RO sales and service businesses and independent service professionals, from a one-person business to a shop with a team.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
Request a trial with your business details. We set up your account and send your login. You then have 7 days to use it with your own customers and work.
Do I need to provide payment details for the trial?
No. The trial does not ask for card, UPI or bank details.
What happens after my 7-day trial?
Nothing is charged automatically. If you want to continue, send us a continuation request and our team will contact you with plan and activation details.
Will my data be deleted when my trial ends?
No. The customers, services and bills you entered stay in your account. If you decide not to continue, you can ask us to remove them.
How do I continue after my trial?
Message or call us on WhatsApp or phone, or send a request from the website. We discuss the plan with you and activate your account.
Can I use my own business name and logo?
Yes. Your business name, logo, colours, address and GST details appear in the app and on your bills.
Can I generate PDF bills?
Yes. Every service, installation and product sale can have a numbered PDF bill, which you can download or send to the customer on WhatsApp.
Can I manage products and inventory?
Yes. Keep a product catalogue with prices and stock, record counter sales, and get low-stock alerts. Parts used in a service come out of stock automatically.
Does AquaServe Pro work on mobile?
Yes. It runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, with a layout made for each. Nothing to install.
Is an Android app available?
Not yet. An Android app is coming soon. Until then, use AquaServe Pro in your phone's browser.
Can other businesses see my customers?
No. Every account sees only its own customers, services, bills and money. Signing in is required for everything.
Can I service RO systems I did not install?
Yes. Add the customer's existing unit and record services against it like any other.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Reports export to CSV, and bills download as PDF.
